Q: Can I initiate a captions request from AWS?
A: No, this is not supported at the moment.
Based on the available documentation that we have, caption requests can only be initiated from the Verbit platform. If the functionality is relevant to you, please reach out to AWS Support to set it up, assuming it is possible.
Q: Can I set up the integration to automatically pull the media files from AWS?
A: Yes, the requested file is pushback to AWS & can be found on the destination folder that was initially set up on the integration
Q: If corrections or changes were made to the captions on the platform, will the changes automatically reflect in the relevant video in AWS?
A: No, this is not supported at the moment.
Any changes can be manually pushed to AWS via EXPORT > EXPORT TO AWS. Doing so will update the captions sent to AWS previously.
