Connection Instructions

To maintain the abovementioned levels of security and scalability, we provide the AWS/S3-based infrastructure and proper guidelines for linking your Aspera/Signiant accounts to our platform.

These are the steps to be followed to create a successful connection:

1. Contact your Customer Success Manager to have your private S3 bucket set up and linked to your Verbit platform account. You will be asked to provide additional information about your needs (desired folder structure, related profiles, etc.). The Customer Success Manager will guide you on this.
2. Work with your Customer Success Manager to link your Aspera/Signiant account to your private S3 bucket in a secure way by following the instructions described here: Aspera S3 Setup.
