Verbitext 2.0 has a new security configuration.

Live Transcript Viewer Restriction

All Verbit accounts have been set to only allow access to the live transcript to listed session attendees.

You can reach out to your Customer Success Manager to change this setting to allow you to select access parameters: Anyone with the link (allow anonymous access) / Only registered users (block anonymous access) / Determine on a session by session basis.

If you have the session by session option enabled, admin account users will be able to select transcript access in the Booking Form of each session.

NOTE: For secured sessions, only Verbit users can be listed as attendees.

Transcript View Expiration for All Individuals

Each session’s Verbitext Page will be blocked thirty (30) minutes after the session ends and will require Verbit credentials to access afterward.
