The Offline Interactive Player allows users to download a copy of both the transcript and the video or audio source file wherein the transcript highlights the words as they are uttered.

It is an offline version of the Interactive Player in a sense that the copy is stored locally in the computer which can be played and navigated even without an internet connection. It then can be played and navigated while on-the-go, or shared with multiple users by regular means of transferring files. 

For exporting the offline interactive player:

Step 1. Choose the job you wish to download

Step 2. Click on DOWNLOAD

Step 3. Choose Offline interactive player

• The file size will typically determine the speed of the download

Step 4. When completed, the download will appear as with any other zipped folder

Step 5. To playback the media simply extract the files and play.
