Assigning a Role to an Existing User?
Step 1. Login into VERBIT
- Login to your Verbit platform using an admin user.
Step 2. Navigate to the Users tab
- Click on the Admin tab located at the top of the page.
- Click on the Users sub-menu under the Admin tab.
Step 3. User role
- Search for the relevant user.
- Check/Uncheck the role section across the account under Admin, Editor, Guest Editor, CART Participant, Content Manager, Approver, Depo Viewer, and Depo Operator.
- Admin
- Has full access to the account.
- Editor
- Can review and edit finished jobs.
- Has access to the Request Review option.
- CART Participant
- Limits access to LIVE sessions booked in the account.
- Content Manager
- Can upload/delete jobs on the platform.
- Can review and edit finished jobs.
- Has access to the Request Review option.
- Approver
- Approves jobs before flow starts.
