When uploading a job file, providing as much relevant supporting documentation as you have is a crucial step in ensuring that you get the most accurate transcript possible.

Verbit allows uploading files (PDF, txt, Word, etc.) along with the audio file.

Uploading Attachments to Audio Files

Step 1- Login into VERBIT

Login to your Verbit platform.

Step 2 - Upload a file

Step 3 - Add files

Whenever you upload an audio file, click the ADD FILES link next to the Notes section (as shown below) and upload the relevant files.

Step 4 - Choose a file

Once the file explorer opens, locate the file you want to attach and confirm the attachment.

The file will show up in your Job Settings window.

Click CONFIRM to finish the file upload process.
