A long session is defined as a single event that will run for more than 4 hours.

Verbit reserves the prerogative to split long sessions into multiple shorter sessions as needed.
This initiative is to ensure that the human transcribers assigned to the sessions are in their finest condition, so as not to compromise the quality and accuracy of the transcript.

The splitting will be done solely from the Verbit side, and will be seamless for Live Room and Zoom Integration sessions.If the solution to be used is Verbitext Solution, the end user will receive a link to the relevant Verbitext page 30 mins before each split starts.
