Recurring events, a.k.a. a series, refers to any on site or remote event that occurs periodically; whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Verbit supports one-time booking of recurring events by defining the frequency and duration of such events in the booking form.

Any materials uploaded on one of the recurrences will be applied by the Verbit system to the rest of the series for improved accuracy.

Admins will have full control over recurring events; that is:

• Admins can change or update the speaker and/or attendees on a set of recurrences or the entire series
• Admins can add additional materials for improved accuracy
• Admins can cancel a set of recurrences or the entire series
