Rush bookings are booking requests for events that are scheduled to happen in less than 72 hours.

Admins can readily book sessions scheduled more than 72H from the time of the request.
NOTE: By default, dates within the next 72H will be grayed out (not selectable)

If the event to be serviced is scheduled less than 72H, thus a rush booking, the Admin can reach out to Verbit Support via CHAT or by sending the details to support@verbit.ai to book the session on their behalf.

NOTE: ASR only rush bookings are guaranteed to be supported, however, there is a little chance human correctors may not be available.

Here is a list of information that will be asked by Verbit Supportto book the session:

• The event or class name 
• Start and End Time 
• The students’ email 
• Any materials that can be uploaded to the platform to improve accuracy, such as:
  • a glossary of terminologies
  • a list of important attendees or speakers
  • a link to the class’ syllabus or event’s key topics
