How Do I Cancel a Transcription Request? Follow
If a file or a few files were uploaded unintentionally or by accident, please report it to Customer Support as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request for cancellation.
However, if it has been more than 30 minutes since the jobs were uploaded, most likely the job is already being transcribed by humans who will be paid for the job, so we can no longer cancel the job.
Please contact Customer Support through the in-app support widget or chat to submit a cancel request and we will look into it.
NOTE: Include the job ID and/or file name for faster turnaround.
