Verbit simplifies exporting transcripts and or captions files using Verbit-Brightcove integration.

This article will provide a guide on how it's done on the platform in 2 ways.

How to Export Files using the Integration

Automatic Method

Activating Automatically send back to linked account integration settings in the Verbit platform will trigger the finished jobs to automatically push the captions file to relevant media files in Brightcove.

Manual Method

Open the relevant job on the Verbit platform.

Click on DOWNLOAD >> EXPORT >> EXPORT TO BRIGHTCOVE

An exported caption file will be sent to the relevant media file in AWS.

NOTE: For any revisions on the job, they can be manually pushed to Brightcove using Export > Export to Brightcove. Doing so will overwrite the captions sent to Brightcove previously.
