Email Notifications Follow
An Email Notification is an email sent to inform account administrators, approvers, and uploaders about changes or occurrences on the account, in general.
Below is a list of the most common events that would trigger an email notification in the Verbit environment:
Job Completion
All account admins and the uploader of the file will receive an email notification when the job is finished and ready for download.
The email notification feature currently applies to jobs uploaded manually. In other words, jobs uploaded via API or integration will not trigger email notifications.
Media Errors
All account admins and the uploader of the file will receive an email notification when the job is returned as a media error.
There are multiple reasons why a job will be sent back as a media error: order cancellation, unsupported file format, no speech detected, unsupported language, and more.
The email notification feature currently applies to jobs uploaded manually. In other words, jobs uploaded via API or integration will not trigger email notifications.
Approval Requests
If an account sets up an approver on the platform, the approver/s will receive an email about the approval request.

LIVE/CART Sessions
An email notification will be sent for new booked Live sessions
Email Notification for newly booked session
An email notification is also sent to both speaker and attendee of a LIVE/CART session 30 mins before the scheduled start time. Both will receive the same email but will provide a different link on the "Join" button.
An email notification will also be sent for canceled Live sessions.
