Customers now have the option to upload multiple copies of the same media file recorded from different audio sources.
Step 1. Click on the + sign to start a manual upload from the desktop.
NOTE: This feature is currently limited to manual uploads from desktop. Manual link uploads and API are not yet to supported.
Step 2. Choose the main and back media files to be uploaded
NOTE: The checkbox will be shown only when the customer chooses more than one file.
Step 3. Arrange the order of the files such that the main file is listed on top.
Step 4. Check Allow upload of job’s main & backup media files. Upon pressing the checkbox, the main file will be colored in light green with a green label MAIN across it. Succeeding files will be labeled as BACKUP.
Step 5. Next to the checkbox show an information icon “i”. Upon pressing the icon, a pop-up will appear with the following text:
Step 6. Select the profile then confirm the Upload
