Rush live orders are booking requests for events that are scheduled to happen less than the default notice periods on the ordering portal.
Each of the service tiers under Live captioning solutions has a predefined notice period allowing customers to place new live orders.
- Elite – 48 hours
- Pro – 12 hours
Any order placed less than the tier’s default notice period are considered as rush orders.
Placing Rush Orders
Customers may readily place rush live orders from the Ordering Portal by clicking on the Place new order button on the Ordering Portal.
Rush orders placed will have the Pending Approval status until they are confirmed by Verbit’s Operations team.
Rush Order Confirmation
Once approved, the status of the order will get updated to Confirmed and an email notification will be sent to the registered contact person for the live event.
