Zoom Event Live Captioning Follow
Overview
Verbit offers real-time captioning for Zoom events such as meetings and webinars, by using Zoom’s integration with third-party captioning providers via API token.
Customers are responsible for enabling Manual Captioning in the Zoom settings and assigning Verbit “CC” as captioner for every Zoom event.
Verbit records the audio of the event through the Verbit portal and posts the real-time captions back to the Zoom event through API.

Authenticated Zoom Meetings
In some cases, customers have organization-level restrictions set up by their Zoom Admins to restrict participants to verified users only.
For authenticated Zoom meetings, you can either add livecaptions@verbit.ai as an authenticated user or disable the authentication settings in your Zoom account or meeting.
To know more about Zoom authentication settings, please see Allowing only Authenticated Users in Meetings.
